At Lee Botti & Associates, we care deeply about the safety of your personal information.  The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI), which is in effect from 1 July 2021, is legislation designed to protect the personal information you share with us.

With this Act, it becomes necessary for the administrators of Facebook Groups and pages to obtain your consent to be a part of any Facebook groups and pages.  You are herewith notified that you are entitled to refuse such consent and you may exercise such right by unfollowing our pages.  Should you elect to remain, it will be accepted that you have consented to the above.

Please also note that you do not need to advise anything as by not removing yourself you are consenting to all of the above.  We have also updated our Privacy Policy and Processing Agreement on our website.
