Internationally known freight forwarder seeks an exceptionally well spoken & presented EE candidate to ensure effective answering of calls and clients to direct them properly. Minimum Matric, 2 years reception / secretarial experience, 1 year of switchboard operation experience and MS Office Suite experience essential. Candidate must live in the East Rand and have own vehicle. Internal administration, attending to guests, daily mail of absent staff, Ad-hoc HR admin, updating of staff directory and milk distribution will form part of the daily duties.
