Our temporary division, temp alternatives, places temporary and contract staff on short-term assignments and carries full responsibility for the disciplining and administrative returns for each staff member. All our contracts are compiled by leading Labour Attorneys, in order to protect our valued clients and to make them user friendly.
Temping is an ideal way in which an individual can enjoy the benefits of flexibility. Through temp alternatives, we act as the ‘employer’ and hire out the individual to the client on an hourly basis. This allows our clients the freedom to concentrate on their core business needs, whilst we concentrate on their staffing needs.
There is minimal administration for the client, as the temp is employed by us and we cover the admin and costs, and the client only pays for the hours worked.
