Established in 1977, we are recognised as the major source of quality permanent and temporary staff for the logistics, freight and travel industries and are used by more than 2000 South African companies. We act on behalf of our clients, undertaking the functions of recruitment for permanent, temporary and contract staff, advertising in the specialist and popular press, as well as on the internet. As the market leader in our fields of specialization, we have negotiated regular advertising space in high exposure areas of industry publications, and also advertise on all the largest industry related websites.

BRANCHES:
Our well-established reputation as a specialist consultancy resulted in the establishment of branches in the East Rand, Cape Town and Durban areas. We are the only logistics and travel recruitment company with national offices in South Africa.

INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTATION:
We are represented in the United Kingdom by freight / logistics and travel recruitment specialists who are able to assist those going over to London as well as the many South Africans returning home.

MEMBERSHIPS:
We are active members of APSO (The Association of Personnel Service Organisation) and abide by their Code of Ethics. We have served on the Committee's over the years, and it is mandatory for all our consultants to achieve their AIPSC qualification through the Institute of Personnel Service Consultants, enabling us to maintain a high level of service. Our company also believes strongly in supporting the industries we serve and are thus active members of the Exporters Club, TRAVELBAGS and SKAL. Our staff has also served on many of these committees, whilst making every effort to promote the industries we recruit for.

CANDIDATE CHECKS:
We understand the value of good employment practice and thus offer a number of candidate checks on request. These include credit and criminal checks, secretarial assessments and industry related competency checks where possible. We also offer a selection of Thomas International Personality Profile products, including organisational audits for sales, admin, customer service and management.

EXECUTIVE CONSULTANTS:
In March 2000 we launched our Executive Consultants division - a management force to initiate, drive or further train staff in the freight industry.

SALARY SURVEYS:
Since 1984 lee botti & associates has been entrusted with confidential salary levels of the clearing and forwarding industry, and published survey results every second year for the participating companies. Since 2003, we now work in a partnership with PE Consulting Group, assisting with the marketing of this survey. This has proved an excellent tool for company Directors and HR Managers when benchmarking staff packages.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
In each centre, lee botti & associates has donated funds to those charities closest to our hearts. All chosen charities are affiliated with underprivileged children, street children & children with disabilities.  In addition, we have run a pilot project offering career guidance and interview etiquette to Matriculants / school leavers, to assist them in joining the working world.
